Reflecting on 2025 – A Christmas Message from Andrea Russell Photography

As the year draws to a close, I want to take a moment to thank all of you - my wonderful clients, for trusting me with your photography. From capturing your unique products to portraits of the people in your lives and businesses, it has been an absolute privilege to work with such creative and inspiring people throughout 2025.

A Busy Year for the Family

Christmas is a time to pause and reflect, and for my own family, it has been a busy and exciting year. My daughter Matilda is finishing Year 8 and has impressed us all with her independence and organisational skills.

My son Oliver has spent much of the year obsessing over Steph Curry while baking delicious cookies for family and friends. Our beloved toy Cavoodle, Mila, has become a neighbourhood celebrity. Her enthusiastic greetings, endless energy, and bum-wiggling never fail to make us laugh. She’s also been my loyal companion during the long days spent in the studio.

Highlights from My Photography Work

This year, I had the pleasure of photographing both studio and on-site portraits for a variety of branding and corporate clients, while jewellery photography remained a standout highlight, giving me the opportunity to showcase exquisite pieces for jewellers and manufacturers across Western Australia.

I also photographed a wonderfully diverse range of products, including skincare, hairdressing equipment, kitchen sinks, car batteries, wearable safety alarms, and tool bags. Each project has been an opportunity to tell a unique story through photography, and I feel very fortunate to collaborate with such creative individuals.

Christmas Message and Looking Ahead

As we enter the festive season, I wish you and your loved ones a Christmas filled with joy, and a New Year full of success, happiness, and good health. Thank you for supporting my work this year — I look forward to creating even more beautiful imagery with you in 2026.
